Tuesday, 6:54 a.m.: Suspicious subject on Warner Street. “Reporting party state suspicious subject wearing black hoodie, black long shirts, red boxers and a back pack riding a bike through his garbage and then looked into his vehicle but did not attempt to enter vehicle.”
Tuesday, 7:39 a.m.: Medical aid at Esken Hall on W. Sacramento Avenue. “Student bitten by something and having an allergic reaction while running in Bidwell Park.”
Tuesday, 8:46 a.m.: Graffiti on W. 1st Street. “Graffiti between physical science and the amphitheater on mechanical door and windows of physical science in same area.”
