Finals are coming up, so that means huge crowds of people trying to find spots to study at the library.
I usually have long breaks during my schedule, so I can easily say that I spend the majority of my time there already. With that being said, there’s nothing more annoying than being in the library during finals week.
My frustration comes from multiple sources.
First of all, there are never any spots to sit during this hectic time. I know I’m not the only one to complain about a person taking up a whole table to themselves when they can easily find an individual studying cubicle.
Then there’s my all time favorite, when groups go to the library to talk loudly about how much they drank over the weekend, like anyone really cares.
Despite the fact that college students should already know to be quiet and respectful towards those studying around them, a little reminder never hurt anyone.
It’s a stressful time for everyone and being courteous of other students’ studying time is essential, especially in an environment like the library.
