A male and female were around the Walmart entrance and the nearby gas station. They had set up a homeless camp and were drinking in public.
Call Type: Shoplift, 6:31 p.m., East 20th Street
An adult female was detained for shoplifting two dress tops at JCPenney. Her fiance, who was with her, was identified with an EBT card and arrested on a warrant.
Call Type: Refusing to Leave, 11:08 a.m., East 20th Street
Two panhandlers were asked to leave the target shopping center two times, and still stayed. Eventually police were called.
University Police:
Call Type: Stolen Vehicle, 1:06 p.m., West Sacramento Avenue and Warner Street
A suspect attempted to steal a vehicle, breaking the window and damaging the steer column in the progress.

A bike at the Whitney Hall bike racks had the rear tire slashed.

A $2,500 bike was stolen from Tehama Hall. It had been secured with a cable lock.

A man at University Village said he used marijuana and began feeling sick. He refused medical attention.
