A male was seen walking around the complex in a black hoodie. He attempted to climb the a/c unit to an upstairs apartment.

Call type: Found Child 7:51 a.m., 905 Wall St.

2 year old child found outside roaming the street. The mother was asleep and was unaware of the escape. Officer was able to escort her home.

Call type: Illegal Dumping 7:57 a.m., 764 E 9th St.

Person found dumping illegally.

Call type: Possess Drug Paraphernalia 8:29 a.m., 665 Manzanita Ct.

Person attempting contact with an officer. They were detained.

Call type: Suspicious Vehicle 8:58 a.m., 1100 S HWY 99

A woman saw a vehicle following her off of the freeway. Cancelled the call.

Call type: Stolen Vehicle 8:58 a.m., 313 W 1st St.

Stolen vehicle was found at scene.

New charges on person for possession. Taken to the station.

One vehicle would not stop turning in circles after the accident. No injuries reported on scene.

Face to face violation. No one was hurt of injured.

A person parked on the corner. Two cars parked too close and they can not get out of the spot.

A woman noticed an extra line added to her phone bill. It was a misunderstanding between the phone company and the father.

A woman noticed someone with a sign at the location. She asked them to leave the premises and not disturb the people in the parking lot.

A man is beating a woman in his car. She is taken to Enloe Medical to be treated.

Addressing a concern regarding thin dogs with pups. Owner is advised to increase the nutrition for all.

Woman found attempting to skinny dip near a picnic area. Other party members were dancing around, acting suspicious.

A man was having a dispute with neighbor who threatened to hurt man’s animals. Neighbor addressed for fire and code enforcement to avoid further conflict.

Woman agrees to complete aviation accident report against sister. Completed it for avail of contact.

All four tires on the car had been slashed. No suspect was identified.

Male found laying on sidewalk yelling at people. No one discovered his issue.
