Subject threatens to kill everyone in mobile home park

Call Type: Threats, Saturday, 11:11 a.m., Lassen Gardens

Reporting person has temporary guardianship of 1-year-old child. Reporting person is receiving threats from biological father saying, “I told you I would take your kids so you know how it feels to lose something. Remember I know people. It only takes one match and it all goes up in flames. One bomb, just one bomb.”

Call Type: Influence of drugs, Monday, 7:25 p.m., East Eighth Street

Reporting person is concerned for a subject wandering around. He is grabbing rocks from the street and throwing them around. He was wandering in and out of yards.

Call Type: Suspicious subject, Tuesday, 5:33 p.m., Nord Gardens

Subject is going door to door acting as if they are Pacific Gas and Electric Company employees. They are asking for personal information.

Call Type: Suspicious circumstance, Wednesday, 1:41 p.m., Bidwell Title Co.

Reporting person states transient male followed a female employee back from lunch, catcalling her and subject actually came in business. Subject grabbed maps and then left but left behind a silver bike and jacket.

Call Type: Aggressive subject, Thursday, 10:48 a.m., Butte County Mental Health-Crisis

Client came into lobby with mother and sister. Before reporting person could see him, the client screamed he was going to “Almond Grove Mobile Home Park and kill everyone,” then fled on foot.

Subject causing a problem all day, yelling at customers. Trying to come into store through restricted area.

Parents have not heard from son in over two days and it is unlike him.
