A female was walking home. She lost her friends, cell phone and didn’t know where she was coming from.

A transient was in the stall of a woman’s restroom. There were clothes all over the floor and she was crying. A few hours later at 12:47 p.m., the woman was still in the bathroom.

A man was trying to check in late to the shelter and was turned away. He became upset and began throwing objects, flipping tables and attempted to break the windows at the shelter.
