The Chico State women’s basketball team won a thriller in Acker Gym 67-66 over San Francisco State.
In the first half, both teams battled back and forth keeping it a stalemate 36-35 at halftime.
In the second half, the Wildcats came out slow, but made an impressive comeback to take home the victory 67-66.
Three ‘Cats were in double figures with senior guard Jazmine Miller leading the attack with 15 points. Senior and junior guards Courtney Hamilton and Hannah Womack chipped in 14 and 11 points respectively.
The Wildcats are now 13-5 on the season and 9-5 in conference play. The ‘Cats next game is at home against UC San Diego Feb.7 at 5:30 p.m.
