Associated Students hosted its annual international festival on Saturday.

The festival gave student cultural organizations the opportunity to share their traditions and cultures with attendees. Attendees experienced live performances and international food at the various booths.

Student organizations such as Chico State Pride, Filipino American Student Organization, Saudi Student Association and the African Diaspora Organization participated among others.

“The Associated Students had the opportunity to provide an opportunity for our multicultural student organizations on campus to really bring out the culture and celebration of our diversity,” said Aaron Thao, Commissioner of Diversity Affairs. “It’s about getting immersed in that and bridging the gap between our students here at Chico State so they can learn about the many student cultures we have.”

The festival was held in Trinity Commons.
