This year’s Glorious Sounds of the Seasons concert showcases Chico State’s musical talents with a holiday theme.

The concert’s first performance took place in the Harlen Adams Theatre on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Two performances continued through Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and on Sunday Dec.3 at 2 p.m.

The symphonic band, choral ensembles, smaller groups of musicians and vocalists all get pieces to shine and celebrate Christmas songs both traditional and modern.

Musical selections are performed seamlessly in varying areas of the stage and theater. The chance for the audience to sing along to holiday favorites is encouraged throughout the concert.

Groups performing include the Chico State A Cappella Choir and University Chorus, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Jazz X-Press, and soloists.
