Male caller stated someone was assaulted and bleeding badly

A subject who officers were out with earlier threw a brick through a window.

Wednesday, Nov. 6 3:01 a.m. 2500 Notre Dame Blvd.

Employee has subject inside who refuses to leave. He continues to come and go and took a lighter. Subject threatened to break items if cops were called. Subject eventually came back, broke the lock on the beer freezer, took a bottle of one pint of Sierra Nevada beer and left.

Caller could hear someone say they were locked in their backyard, and could also hear a lot of screaming and yelling prior to that. Caller believes the other person is a female because there was yelling about a makeup bag.

Caller says neighbor is harassing him because he does not drive a fuel efficient vehicle. Neighbor keeps calling public health on him because he does not like the smell of diesel fuel.

Large camp with six subjects who were cutting down trees with a saw and “leaving chemicals on the trail.” Unknown what the chemicals are.

Three-year-old boy was found wandering. Father said the adults were taking a nap and the boy managed to figure out the locking system on the door that was supposed to prevent him from leaving.

Yelling and screaming can be heard from the caller’s backyard. It sounds physical, but no mentions of weapons.
