Man dragged by truck in downtown
A man riding a skateboard was hit and dragged by a truck in downtown Chico around 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
The driver was making a right hand turn into the parking lot of Crush Italian Cuisine on East Second Street and was unable to see the skateboarder in the bike lane. The unidentified rider was hit and dragged under the front axil of the truck for roughly 20 feet.
“The driver misjudged the idea of the speed difference and he tried to cut him (off) and took him out,” said Derrick Demarco, a witness. “He didn’t fly, he went down under the front wheel and end up in the back axil.”
The victim was able to crawl out once the truck stopped.
“He was heading eastbound here on Second, the gentlemen didn’t see him in the red pick up,” said Chico Police Sergeant Ben Love.
The skateboarder was transported to Enloe Medical Center with no life threatening injuries.

So, we just don’t bother editing stuff anymore?
What does this mean, because it makes no sense to me

Wow, what a riveting article to arise in coincidental timing that Spring break was coming to a close. This Catellli guy man, like what a journalist am I right. His words flow so crisp in the article. Catelli should run for congress.

“Axle” A-X-L-E, “Truck” T-R-U-C-K, “misjudged” no hyphen, “eastbound” one word, “pickup”
one word,… sheesh! You’re a college student?
