Two explosions rocked Brussels, Belgium on Tuesday.

The first explosion happened around 07:00 GMT at the Zaventem airport, killing 11 people and injuring another 92.

An hour later, the second explosion went off at the Maelbeek metro station, leaving 20 dead and 106 injured.

President Barack Obama condemned the blasts as “outrageous attacks against innocent people.”

The terrorist group ISIS has claimed responsibility for this incident.

Currently Chico State has no students studying abroad in Belgium.

“We are working with our partners to be certain others were not traveling there,” said a representative of the university on twitter.
