Subject is in front of DMV petitioning for medical marijuana. Is not yelling, but is cussing while talking to people about his petition. Reporting party believes it is inappropriate

Subject was inside an office throwing chairs and threatening to damage property. Subject leaves to go to Dutch Bros. Elite security called stating he is a wanted person.
