Man on Highway 32 stops traffic near 7-Eleven by walking through the street and running towards cars yelling at them to stop.

Man calls police stating he is the son of George Washington, continues to ramble on about Paris Hilton. Male caller stated he was at the naked lounge but was in fact near the alley on East 4th St.
