Chico Police made 41 total arrests on Halloween night—20 of those arrested were from out of town, according to press release.
Of the 41 arrested, 11 were Chico State students, said Lt. Mike O’Brien from the Chico Police Department. Most of them were arrested for being drunk in public.
On Saturday, police made 18 total arrests – five of those arrested were out-of-towners and four were Chico State students arrested for public intoxication.
On Friday, there were 27 total medical responses for alcohol overdoses and three DUIs. On Saturday, there were six DUIs.
