Subject on a mountain bike wearing a black hoodie, red bandana, red backpack and jeans was seeing riding his bike in a complex he does not belong. Subject was looking into vehicles.

Subject has been urinating and placing fecal matter on the victim’s vehicle. Victim has subject on video and stated this has been going on for about a year.

Reporting party believes female subject is responsible for harassing reporting party. Subject is blocking her number and she is calling at all hours, threatening to hurt herself. Problem has been ongoing for the last three years.

Reporting party‘s brother pushed mother down the stairs. Subject was trying to leave, possibly heading toward downtown or Chapmantown. Reporting party’s boyfriend was trying to look for the subject.

Reporting party witnessed a male buy alcohol for a juvenile. Both subjects left in vehicle on Pillsbury toward East Avenue. Reporting party overheard subjects talking about the adult buying alcohol for the juvenile.

White male adult with long hair, ball cap, wearing a green jacket and pants was seen sitting down by the bike racks. Subject was possibly stealing bike parts off of bikes. Reporting party advised she could see the subject tinkering with a bike tire.
Call type: Non Injury Hit and Run Friday 11:06 a.m., Cherry Street
Reporting party filed report with UPD stating an unknown vehicle struck and caused damage to the rear of her 2010 Honda Civic that was parked on the third floor.

Instructor was concerned over a student’s behavior for the past two weeks. She has been talking to herself and starts “cackling” loudly for no apparent reason. Instructors have tried to reach out to her but she ignores them. Behavior appears to be escalating.

Elevator was stuck on second floor with three people inside.
