Chico State students are receiving national attention and an award for a video they created.
The video titled “Water Woman,” motivates students, faculty and staff to reduce water use at the Wildcat Recreation Center.
In the video, Water Woman asks Chico State “Do you realize that the WREC uses 3,600 gallons of H2O every day for showers?”
The Chico State’s Department of Creative Media and Technology will be given a high honor at the National National Intramural Recreational Sports Association’s 2016 Creative Excellence Awards.
The group will receive the award at a national conference in Orlando, Florida, early next month.
