Chico felt a bern Thursday night.
Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders made a stop at Chico State to give a stump speech before the Super Tuesday election in California on June 7.
While at the college, the senator from Vermont talked about things like foreign-policy, education and the environment.
“If we continue to destroy nature, we ultimately destroy human beings,” said Sanders.
5804 people attended the Sanders rally according to Chico State officials.
