A collision blocked traffic on northbound Highway 99 south of East First Ave. on Thursday.
According to California Highway Patrol, at about 9:30 a.m the geese were walking on the edge of the center divide in the road. Traffic started slowing down and stopping, causing three cars to swerve and collide with one another.
Traffic was backed up for approximately 30 minutes.
One driver involved in the car crash suffered moderate to major injuries. No deaths have been reported.
