Victim reported the crime Tuesday, though the it reportedly occurred the previous night in an unknown location. The victim was provided with resources but did not want to file a report.

Custodian advised that the elevator stopped working on 3rd floor with no one inside, and has placed an out of service sign on elevator. Facilities Management & Services was notified and advise that they will handle further during next business day.

Monday 2:09 a.m., 500 Nord Avenue
Subject was reportedly standing on the train tracks between West Sacramento and West 1st Street. Reporting party stated subject was holding up the Amtrak train while taking pictures. Subject fled in an unknown direction before police arrived.

Tuesday 10:05 p.m., West 1st Avenue/North Cedar Street
Reporting party states his friend was on the bike path near West 1st Avenue and North Cedar Street when they were assaulted by three juveniles in black hoodies. One of the juveniles had a metal pipe and mentioned a gun though no gun was seen. Subjects were last seen on West 1st Avenue heading towards Warner Street. Victim received a minor head injury but declined medical attention.

A naked man was reportedly running in the street near University Village Apartments. The reporting party said the man ran up to them acting strange and claiming he was God. The man then reportedly took his clothes off and ran away.

Saturday 1:59 a.m., West 2nd Street/Salem Street
Male with no shirt was seen causing a disturbance. Subject was worked up from dancing too hard and was released without incident.
Call Type: Resist Arrest
Sunday 9:37 a.m., Hartford Drive/Amanda Way
A white Hyundai was reportedly driving up and down the street causing a disturbance. Additional reporting party advised the white Hyundai was trying to run people over as it approached Forest Avenue. As police attempted to catch up to the vehicle the driver lost control taking out a light pole and a signal box. When police approached the wrecked vehicle the driver was visibly intoxicated and still making an attempt to flee through means of the disabled vehicle. When police tried to apprehend the driver he began resisting arrest and making what seemed to be an attempt to commit “suicide by cop.” The driver was detained without incident and the white Hyundai was impounded.
