Male subject was seen laying on the ground with his pants around his ankles. Subject was incoherent but conscious. Officers advised the subject to move along.

Reporting party stated their toilet was clogged and leaking under the floor. Reporting party requested help with cleanup and maintenance to come check toilet. Reporting party was advised to continue to attempt contact with people in charge or to call a plumber if needed.

Reporting party advised a toilet in 6th floor men’s restroom was running continuously but not flooding or running over bowl.

A female subject was reportedly arguing with a male subject though no descriptions were given. Both subjects were by the drive through gate. Reporting party believes female may be intoxicated. A second reporting party advised the female made her way down the bike path adjacent to Langdon. The female subject was located and arrested for public intoxication.

Reporting party advised she was stuck in the elevator on the 3rd floor but is otherwise okay. Reporting party called back stating she made her way out but advised to still check on the elevator.

Saturday Nov. 17, 8:09 a.m., West 4th Street/Chestnut Street
A male subject was reportedly trying to break in the church parking lot when others intervened. The subject then struck the reporting party in the head while others tried to stop him from fighting. Officers arrived on scene, arrested the male subject and returned the shopping cart to Wal-Mart.

Saturday Nov. 17, 12:30 p.m., 400 Hazel Street
Reporting party stated they came home and found their house has been broken into. Entry was made through a pried open window. Police arrived shortly and arrested one subject. Reporting party stated that the house had also been broken into the day after the Camp Fire started.

A fight reportedly broke out between five male subjects. Other subjects reportedly got involved before police dispersed the group. Officers considered the fight mutual combat and no arrests were made. All parties declined medical aid.

Reporting party advised a vehicle has crashed into the brick portion of his fence though they had not gone outside to check on the subject. While driving towards the scene medics located the subject on West East Avenue. Subject was cooperative but declined medical treatment before being arrested by responding officers.

Reporting party stated their ex’s current boyfriend just pulled a gun then got into his vehicle and left.

Wednesday Nov. 21 12:54 a.m., 1200 Ivy Street
Reporting party believed someone was inside his house. Reporting party was home with roommate who was in the bathroom. The window in the bathroom was too small but the reporting party is able to exit their bedroom window if needed. Officers arrived and the two subjects exited the house. There were no signs of forced entry. Officers observed that both subjects appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and other substances. One of the subjects requested officers kick in his bedroom door to access the room. An officer obliged and forced entry. Officers did not access the third room belonging to their roommate who was currently out of town.
