This Valentine’s Day, show your love for the special people in your life by making them homemade chocolate pudding in a martini glass.

Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite holidays because I can show the people I love how much I care for them. This treat includes dark chocolate, which reduces cortisol, a hormone that causes stress. Sit back, relax and enjoy this pleasurable treat.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING CUPS
Total Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 3-4 servings
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dark chocolate shavings
12 raspberries

In a saucepan, combine sugar, baking cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Next, gradually add the milk.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and stir for two minutes.

Remove the mixture from the heat, then stir in the butter and vanilla.

Spoon 1 cup of pudding into each martini glass and top with chocolate shavings.

To make the raspberry skewers, put three raspberries onto a toothpick and insert on one side of the martini glass.
