Great to see Royce Delmatier is being honored, he was fine Professor in the Political Science Department. How old is he now? That’s my question, geez he was Pat Brown’s right hand man in the late 50’s and early 60’s, he’s got to have some major miles on him. Governor Brown, Pat Brown’s son – he looks like he’s 90 – and he was in short pants when Delmatier was key guy in Pat Brown administration. Is Delmatier the oldest living Chico professor? If he is maybe you got story. I’d like to hear Professor Delmatiers view on Jerry, compared to Pat. I’m guessing Delmatier knew Art Acker. Lot of history with Delmatier, maybe Orion should write about him? I like to read a story like that, thanks,
