This Friday and Saturday, the Gateway Science museum will host a sweet event.
Literally.
Every week the museum hosts an, “Investigation Station;” an activity featuring hands-on labs aimed at engaging the community and making science a fun experience.
Do to the upcoming Easter holiday, this week’s focus will be candy.
Labs include making the M on an M&M float away, investigating chemicals in dyes and discovering which liquids dissolve peeps the best and should take approximately 20 minutes.
Every lab is open to all ages.
The activity is free and will be hosted from 1-3 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday at the Gateway Science museum located at 625 Esplanade.
