    Chico Police:

    11:06 a.m.: Subject disturbance on East 20th Street. “Reporting party advising a male subject was yelling at everyone passing by, using obscenities. Occurred 8 minutes ago. Reporting party concerned that the subject may get beaten up due to his behavior. Officer has possible match across from AM/PM.”

    4:03 p.m.: Suspicious subject at Hooker Oak Park. “Very inebriated female caressed reporting party’s daughter’s hair and told daughter (3 years old) that daughter didn’t need mommy and to come to ice cream with her instead. Reporting party and child have left. Female walking toward a red vehicle but was not seen getting in, just leaning against it (unknown for sure if it is the subject’s vehicle or not).”

    7:59 p.m.: Suspicious subject at Water Sprites Swim School on Ivy Street. “Homeless male entered the business for the second time tonight, acted like he had business to tend to but an employee that had been there earlier said he came in and said the same thing just hours ago. Went into the restroom and has now been asked to leave. He has gone outside and reporting party hears some type of banging. Unknown if hitting reporting party’s vehicle or not. Reporting party instructed to lock the door. Reporting party cannot see outside due to the tinting. Will stay inside until police department arrives to make sure she gets to her vehicle, she is alone. Officer checking south of her location towards Park Ave. Subject was gone on arrival and the reporting party will call back if he returns another day.”

    University Police:

    10:50 p.m.: Transient problem in Meriam Library. “Male subject, continuous problem, camper. Officer is out with reporting party. Officer is out with subject. Subject advised to move along.”
