    Chico Police:

    9:45 a.m.: Indecent exposure on Vallombrosa Avenue. “Subject with penis hanging out. Subject is walking with a full erection and is fondling himself. Reporting party en route to meet officer at Wells Fargo parking lot. Unfounded report today.”

    1:28 a.m.: Hit and run reported on Flume Street. “Reporting party heard vehicle driving fast and then crashing into something. Another reporting party saying pedestrian got hit by car. Pedestrian is still down, subject is conscious. Possible hit and run. Officer on scene, subject hit and run, vehicle black Honda. Victim is conscious and alert, medics assessing. No witness to the collision, no description of suspect or vehicle. Victim has minor injuries, refusing medical treatment. Cab requested for victim.

    University Police:

    5:58 p.m.: Brandishing weapon near Modoc Hall. “White male adult waving a knife at vehicle in the area. Last seen in Holt area heading towards Butte. Areas checked by officers, unable to locate so far. Unable to locate on campus core, west campus, or south of creek.”

    9:28 p.m.: Suspicious circumstances in parking lot. “Report of 3 vehicle backed into parking spaces with their hoods up, reporting party was concerned about possible gang activity. Unfounded, friends showing each other their cars.”
