    Chico Police:

    11:38 a.m.: Accident, minor injuries on Esplanade. “Vehicle versus bike. Bicyclist is sitting up, conscious but with a head injury. Bicyclist has minor scrapes, transported by medics as precaution.”

    6:30 p.m.: Drunk in public at 3520 Hicks Ln. “Male was stumbling and fell off the side of the street just past the canal. Reporting party concerned nobody will see him in the grass or a car will hit him. Referred to 2 officers.”

    9:26 p.m.: Suspicious subject in city lot on Salem Street. “Male standing on the ledge of the top story, yelling that he has a beer. Yelling that people should come up and join him. Reporting party is afraid he will jump or fall. Officer out with subject, no further action. All clear.”

    University Police:

    8:54 a.m.: Vandalism on west side of Art Acker Gym equipment room door. “Two eyes and a mouth, black spray paint. Work order to FMS.”

    12:37 p.m.: Property recovered near creek. “Blue bike down by the creek.”

    1:36 p.m.: Routine vehicle stop on First and Broadway streets. “Vehicle stopped for driving under the influence. Subject en route to Enloe. Subject at hospital, en route to jail.”
