    Call Type: Drunk in Public, 3:31 a.m., Neal Dow Avenue

    A man called police about a naked female in his backyard. She left but returned and hid in nearby bushes.

    Call Type: Refusing to Leave, 7:59 p.m., Notre Dame Boulevard

    The manager of McDonald’s reported a man parked in a handicap space, with no handicap placard, for an extensive amount of time to use the free Wi-Fi. When asked to leave he refused.

    Call Type: Assault/Battery, 5:58 p.m., West Sacramento Avenue

    A woman claimed she was assaulted by a homeless female on the bike path near West Sacramento Avenue. She claimed the reason the homeless woman assaulted her was because she thought she had been spreading rumors about her.

    Call Type: Suspicious Subject, 9:15 a.m., Warner Street

    A female ran into Warner Street Market stating an unknown man was chasing her. He then ran off toward Chico State.

    Call Type: 415 Subject, 8:58 a.m., East 20th Street

    A female outside of M&S Tree Service was screaming at customers that she was hungry. She was drunk and has been a “regular problem” for the business.

    University Police

    Call Type: Petty Theft, 6:16 p.m., Nord Avenue

    A bike theft occurred at University Village. The U-Lock was still left on the bike rack.

    Call Type: Petty Theft, 5:22 p.m., Ivy Street

    A bike tire was stolen at O’Connell Technology Center.

    Call Type: Bike Lost/Found Recovered, 11:24 a.m. Unknown

    A subject brought in a bike to the University Police Department, but would not specify where he found it or provide his name.
