Call Type: Drunk in public 6:49 p.m., Subway on West Sacramento Avenue

Drunk male with infant boy was tossing the child around. Subject walking toward Safeway.

Call Type: Threats 9:05 p.m., Chico Garden Apartments

(Via text message) Male Subject threatening reporting person saying “I would not do that to you I’d let you suffer with your borderline.” Second suspect told reporting person a supernatural power was going to strike the reporting person down.

Call Type: Drunk in public 9:51 p.m., West 5th Street and Ivy Street

Reporting person saying cops are there randomly punching people in the face. Reporting person having a hard time formulating his sentence. Every time he’s given a cop his info, he has gotten punched in the face. He has been punched five times tonight.

Reporting person says male subject approached his car and asked him if he wanted to do cocaine. Reporting person told him to leave. Subject then hit the front windshield and passenger side window of the car.
